Smiling Dog Coffee. We started with Tanzanian Peaberry, and then added some Ethiopian Yirgachefee and Indonesian Java to round out the profile. Smiling Dog is roasted medium to accentuate the earthy Java beans and full bodied Monsoon Malabar that we add after the roast. One Pound (453 grams).
